1 cup cooked barley
1 cup black beans
1/2 cup corn
1/3 chop chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
Cayenne Pepper, to taste
Salt and Pepper
Combine all ingredients and mix together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve as side with chicken, tacos, or just chips!
Maybe even a delicious quesdilla
