Family.Dinner

Spending time with family is my most favorite thing to do.  I am lucky to have a wonderful mom, two siblings, two in-laws, and a nephew.  We often times are very busy and getting us all together can be difficult!  Last minute get togethers are popular among us once we realize our schedules are clear and the night calls for a family gathering.

My sister, Abby, and her husband, David, mentioned being home this evening, and neither my mom nor I had plans either so we decided it was going to be a great opportunity to spend some time together.  Especially since baby James was born we cherish every opportunity we have together.  My mom and I offered to bring dinner out and will spend much of the evening chatting, relaxing, and enjoying one of the last days of summer we have.

On the dinner menu:

**BBQ steak, marinated in lemon pepper sauce

**Grilled Veggies, soaked in olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and fresh rosemary and chives

**Roasted Red Potatoes, lightly seasoned with garlic and rosemary

**Fresh Ciabatta Bread

We will be missing two family members but will be thinking of them as they enjoy their evening with other plans.
