summer and fall is always a wonderful time to get out and enjoy the city. the weather is decent and portland offers so many things to do. one thing portland can always guarantee is fresh produce, beautiful flowers, and cool art at local market's around town.
this saturday my mom and i headed down to the portland state farmer's market where we navigated our way through the large crowd of people while scooping out all the fresh fruit and veggies, delicious breads, nuts, and various other goodies, and also saw gorgeous bouquets of fresh flowers. i often times forget our fun portland can be. i have always lived in portland, therefore, never seek out new adventures but portland has so many.
